Application Status
Application status is checked by clicking on the Status menu from anywhere within the program.
Application status is tracked on a real-time basis from the moment an application is entered until it is set to complete by the investigator. Users are presented identifying information such as applicant name and application number, as well as the investigator or team who is processing the report.
Services refers to specific services included in the screening package you select. Services move from the New column to the Pending column (indicating that service is in the process of being completed) to the Completed column.
The Comments section contains investigator notes as they work through the individual services. Results for each completed service can be viewed by clicking on the appropriate hyperlink in the Completed column.
The Recommendation section is used to display whether the applicant meets your criteria (complete reports only) for each service.
