Logging On
Prior to using Infolink web-based tenant and employment screening services you must first activate your account. To activate your account, please call Infolink customer service at (866) 239-5831.
Logging on is easy. Simply navigate to the Infolink logon page. You may do so by going to the SDCAA or Infolink web sites and clicking on screening services hyperlink. You can access the site directly by clicking on the following link:
Enter your Company ID, User ID and password, and click the Login button
Company ID is your five digit member or subscriber number. User name is your first initial and last name (all one word and lower case). Your password will be provided by customer service when you activate your account.
