You may have noticed that we recently launched brand new websites for both Moco Inc. and MyScreeningReport.com®. We are pretty excited about this project but, we realize that change can sometimes be hard. In an effort to make it easier for you to navigate our new sites, we have a couple of quick tips:
- SECURE UPLOAD: For the protection of consumer data, we ask our clients to submit documents with sensitive applicant information through our secure website upload feature. Simply visit our Support page to submit a support request with your document attached. PDF files can be uploaded through this service.
- CHOOSE Your Own Adventure: Moco Inc. and MyScreeningReport.com® websites can be accessed from our corporate website at www.moco-inc.com. If you're a Moco Client, select GO under Moco Inc. If you are an MSR user, select GO under MyScreeningReport.com® and you will be automatically directed to the appropriate website.
- SUPPORT: We're still here for you. If you need us, simply select the CONTACT menu option from either website. You can access client support via website, email and phone.
